What counts as a governed agent?
A governed agent is any agent, key, mandate, MCP connection or hook install that asked Immiscible for at least one decision in the calendar month, with your rules enforced. Each person's coding assistant (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) is one agent. Five people who only send chat through the gateway count as one agent. An agent counts once more for every further 100,000 decisions it asks for in a month. Agents that asked for nothing this month, and anything only watched (spend from bills, the agent inventory, shadow mode), are not counted.
Do people cost anything?
No. Approvers, finance, auditors and the people who build agents are free on every paid plan. Free covers up to five people.
What happens if we govern more agents than our plan?
Nothing stops. We count the agents we govern each month and show the number on Billing, and we tell you before anything changes. An agent asking to act is always decided, whatever the plan or the bill.
What happens when the thirty days end?
The workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted. For 30 more days you can read and download every record from the trial; after that, older records stay kept and open again on any paid plan.
Is there a startup price?
The startup programme: half price on Team or Business for 12 months. Apply when you add your 4th agent; fewer than 20 people with less than $5M raised are approved straight away. Apply for the startup programme.
Can we start with a person?
I run a founder-led pilot: thirty days on your real traffic in shadow mode, for £7,500, all of it taken off your first year if you sign within 60 days. If you only want a hand getting going, I’ll set up your providers, keys, teams and first rules with you in one session, for £1,500 once. How the pilot works.
